ABOUT US

AT- Management Services was founded in 2010 out of love for consultancy and desire to put new concepts into practice.

After many years of working for clients in the area of Process management and Lean management management (SME companies, financial institutions, industrial companies, public authorities, hospitals) and Quality management (automobile industry, health care), we decided to combine consultancy for companies with self-development coaching.

This unique system allows us to provide companies with complex evaluation of their structure and efficiency from global point of view and internal evaluation of motivation and skills of individual employees.

"The ability of individual employees to change is the corner stone of company development"

We have offices in Gossau - St.Gallen, Switzerland and Prague, Czech Republic. Our company builds on its professional contacts with clients, suppliers and partners in the Czech Republic and Switzerland. Our main partner is M.C. Triton, the largest Czech consultancy firm.

Another source of contacts and inspiration is my life in Switzerland.

CONSULTING SERVICES

LEAN MANAGEMENT

  • Is it possible to satisfy more clients with existing capacities? How can we change our work methods and organization?
  • Is it possible to limit overtime work?
  • How can we increase cooperation and efficiency of individual departments?
  • How can we motivate employees to achieve stable results?
  • How can we increase or stabilize efficiency of our production or administrative process?

Our motto:

"We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them."

Albert Einstein

Lean Management was first introduced at the beginning of the 1950's by Toyota Motor Corporation. The system, initially developed for industrial production processes, became a complex discipline designed to determine the potential of any company process and motivate employees to cooperate and improve customer service and efficiency of their company.

  • What we can do for you:

Our work generally consists of analysis and implementation.

  • We use the basic lean management methods to analyze company processes, including value stream mapping and, depending on the project, capacity analysis, analysis of input and quality, self-evaluation of production system, and etc.

The analysis identifies concrete opportunities for improvement, which are used to formulate recommended corrective measures.

  • During implementation we help our clients implement the recommended corrective measures through problem-solving workshops, meetings, coaching, trainings and etc.

The implementation results in concrete changes in the company processes and measurable outcomes.

PROCESS MANAGEMENT

  • How can we manage excessive workload of certain employees?
  • How can we improve cooperation between individual departments (sales-back office, production-quality-logistics)?
  • How can we identify the most efficient process and company? How can we specify work responsibilities? How can we create efficient job descriptions?
  • How can we link company goals to employee motivation?

Our motto:

"It's not that I'm so smart, it's just that I stay with problems longer."

Process management brings fresh ideas allowing better company management and organization at different stages of company development – after takeover and acquisition, during growth, cost-cutting and etc. The process model is a managerial tool affording managers a clear structure for decisions about organizational changes. A process model of a company or selected processes in a company offers the following:

  • Clear division or responsibilities and authority through job description directly related to management documents necessary for efficient company management;
  • Clear definition of risks and company development potential;
  • Description and analysis of selected team processes leading to better understanding of company processes, higher teamwork motivation;
  • Process analysis using lean management tools leading to higher efficiency of work process;
  • Application of Total Quality Management and Lean Management principles inspires new processes and improves efficiency of existing processes;
  • Application of Business Process Management/BPM and Balanced Score Card (BSC) methods ensures active approach to management and organization by accurately gauging selected indicators – see www.attn.cz for more details.
  • What we do:

Working with key employees we create a description of processes and a process model of the company. We use our know-how to ensure the best outcome, organization of processes and improvement of processes. This also includes division of responsibilities (job descriptions), links to company management documentation, company goals, remuneration system and company organization recommendation.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT

  • Is our quality management system cost-efficient?
  • Can we increase and stabilize service quality? How can we ensure the required quality of services? Can we influence our client's impression of service quality?
  • How can we improve production quality?
  • How can we improve cooperation between quality management and main production department? How can we improve mutual support?
  • Is it possible to create a quality management system (for example following ISO standards) that would satisfy customers and employees.

Our motto:

"If I had an hour to solve a problem I'd spend 55 minutes thinking about the problem and 5 minutes thinking about solutions."

Albert Einstein

The core question of quality management is finding a balance between clients' expectations, quality management and cost and employee skills. A quality management system (for example ISO standard) generally specifies basic conditions for stable functioning of the company. The most important is to create a long-term, efficient system without a mountain of documents. The goal of a process oriented organization is to build quality directly into the production process to ensure satisfaction of customers, cost efficiency and profit.

  • What we can do for you

We can address your quality management problem or requirements or implementation of a quality management system either during consultations or we can design a custom program.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Our motto:

"It's not that I'm so smart, it's just that I stay with problems longer."

Albert Einstein

Successful project management depends on the number of implemented projects. Project management (planning and implementation), evaluation and elimination of risks, communication with project participants and people affected by the project, are based mainly on skills gained and improved on the "battlefield," and should be carried out by experienced project managers.

  • What we can do for you

We will prepare an education project or a program of consultations. We will provide experienced project managers to lead the projects. We will ensure efficient communication with all project parties. In case of projects lead by your own project managers, we will provide consultations and assistance. We have extensive experience with EU Fund applications and project management.

COUCHING

"ON THE JOB" COUCHING

  • How to motivate employees to accept changes?
  • How to ensure implementation of changes?
  • How to implement changes proposed by outsiders?
  • How to be successful and achieve expected results?

Our motto:

"Work requires the whole man"

Johann Amos Comenius

The key to successful implementation of changes in companies is, in addition to Lean Management, Process management, Quality managent and Project management, emotional and motivational coaching. "On the job" coaching consists of using technical knowledge of the changes combined with the following:

  • Knowledge of coaching principles, communication know-how, and feedback;
  • Ability to use the right method at the right time;
  • Ability to see changes as opportunities and support change initiators;
  • Ability to ask and be aware of the context.
  • What we can do for you

Coaching takes place at the employee's workplace and focuses on specific changes. The coach discusses with the employee the selected topic (for example meeting mediation, measures necessary to improve results, motivation of subordinates and etc.). The follow up meeting focuses on the implementation of the changes and reviews its success. The coach and the employee review the results and identify any problems and barriers and agree on the following steps.

  • How to deal with burnout?
  • How to deal with changes? Can I change?

Our motto:

We believe every person has her/his own inner sources to achieve success and happiness. We all have potential. We believe in working with this potential to develop a positive approach to oneself and surroundings.
